About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing plans. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
Your day will involve administering medications and treatments safely, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining accurate documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and self-care.
