About the Role

As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in managing clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. This position exists to ensure residents receive excellent nutritional care that directly contributes to their health and well-being. You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring that clinical findings, lab results, and patient needs are met with precision and compassion.

In this role, you will provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, patients, families, and staff. Your day will involve assessing clinical nutrition needs, documenting plans within electronic medical records, and ensuring strict adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations. Depending on company needs, you may provide coverage across multiple buildings, requiring flexibility and a positive attitude when communicating with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
