About the Role

As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in managing clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. This position exists to ensure residents receive excellent nutritional care that directly contributes to their health and well-being. You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate individualized care plans, utilizing clinical findings, lab results, and weight trends to drive positive outcomes.

Your day will involve assessing the clinical nutrition needs of residents, documenting plans within electronic medical records, and providing nutrition education to patients, families, and staff. You will collaborate closely with administration and leadership to ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations while maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
