About the Role

As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in managing clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. This position exists to ensure residents receive excellent nutritional care that directly contributes to their health and well-being. You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate individualized care plans, providing nutrition education to residents, patients, families, and staff. The role requires a positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks. Depending on company needs, you may provide coverage across multiple buildings.
