About the Role

As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in managing clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. This position exists to ensure residents receive excellent nutritional care that directly contributes to their health and well-being. You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate individualized care plans, providing nutrition education to residents, families, and staff. The role requires a positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks successfully.

Work Environment

This position operates Monday through Friday with flexible schedules. As a multi-site Registered Dietitian, you may be required to provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs and your availability. A valid driver's license is required for multi-site roles.
