We are seeking a Regional Director of Wellness (RN required) to join our leadership team. This high-impact role provides strategic clinical oversight for multiple communities within the region, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the highest quality of care. You will partner with community leaders to elevate standards, develop clinical talent, and advance resident-centered practices that align with AgeWell Solvere Living's mission and values.
In this position, you will oversee the implementation of wellness processes, systems, and programs across nursing departments. You will work directly with Executive Directors, Wellness Directors, and other department heads to ensure policies are implemented and regulatory compliance is maintained. Your day-to-day involves providing on-site and remote assistance to communities, supporting nursing operations during vacancies, and assisting in the training and education of department heads and frontline staff. You will also play a key role in implementing new systems in newly licensed communities and providing oversight following Quality Assurance Audits.

Please note that due to the nature of senior living, this role may involve exposure to infectious waste or diseases, and you may encounter residents who are hostile or emotionally upset due to mental status changes. Additionally, residents' families may have video recording devices installed in apartments, and images of team members may be used in community advertising.
