About the Role
We are hiring Regional Flatbed Drivers who are either experienced or ready to learn. This role is designed for those seeking a career where they can grow their skills, earn top pay, and still be home on weekends. Whether you are already experienced in flatbed operations or looking to expand your driving career, this position offers a chance to join a carrier that values its drivers.
You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers, handling 100% no-touch freight where tarping and securing are required. The average mileage for this route is 2,000–2,300+ miles, with a weekly reset to ensure you are home regularly. Drivers have access to top-of-the-line equipment featuring extensive cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
Support and Culture
Decker provides 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support. We believe in face-to-face interaction, ensuring drivers can always sit down with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed. Our focus on safety and support creates an environment where drivers can thrive.
Hiring Process
