About the Role
We are hiring regional flatbed drivers who are either experienced or ready to learn. This role is designed for those seeking a career where they can grow their skills, earn top pay, and still be home on weekends. Whether you are already experienced in flatbed operations or looking to expand your driving career, this position offers a chance to join a carrier that puts drivers first.
You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers, handling 100% no-touch freight where tarping and securing are required. The role offers an average of 2,000–2,300+ miles per week with weekly home time for resets. Drivers enjoy a supportive environment with 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, ensuring they can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed.
