Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,400 per week, with potential earnings ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 weekly. Compensation is driven by a Dynamic Pay Plan featuring address-to-address practical mileage pay, ensuring you are paid for more of the miles you actually drive. Quarterly bonuses are also available to reward performance.
As a Roehl driver, you will operate in a positive environment built around flexibility, reliability, and respect. You will be equipped with new, modern trucks and supported by a 24/7 maintenance team that measures downtime in minutes, not days. The company utilizes a smartphone app to keep drivers connected even when away from the truck. Depending on the specific fleet, you may enjoy 48 hours of home time, dedicated home time, or even weekend home time opportunities.
