Compensation and Benefits

We believe in rewarding your hard work with competitive pay and comprehensive support. Solo drivers earn 28% of line haul, with an average pay per mile of $.62 CPM. Compensation is paid weekly via direct deposit.

Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance starting after just 30 days, along with long-term and short-term disability coverage. We offer voluntary and company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) with a company match, and paid time off. New drivers can take advantage of a $3,000 sign-on bonus (paid out over 90 days) and a paid orientation week worth $500.

Application Instructions

To qualify with Baggett Transportation, candidates must meet specific criteria regarding age, driving experience, and licensing history. This includes having at least one year of over-the-road driving experience in the last five years and passing a DOT physical. Drivers must also adhere to our strict drug and alcohol policy and maintain a clean driving record regarding violations and accidents.
