About the Lease Driver Opportunity
As a lease driver, you will enjoy 99% no-touch freight, competitive accessorial pay, and strong Hazmat pay. The role is designed to keep your business moving with predictable payments and reasonable weekly costs. You can also take advantage of bonuses, including a maintenance bonus for new contractors and the Dart Diamond Rewards annual bonus.
We also offer a "Bring a Driver" program, allowing you to earn referral rewards even if the referred driver attends orientation at the same time. Additionally, new drivers receive fuel bonuses upon completing orientation and during their second week of employment.
