Regional Sales Manager - Explosion Protection - Western Region

Your Mission
HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies (IEP) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales, build brand recognition, and strengthen distribution channels for our Explosion Protection product line within the HAZLOC processing industries. This role is critical for driving growth in the Western United States, Western Canada, and Mexico.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between complex manufacturing processes and our explosion prevention solutions. You will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and A&E firms while training distributors and external sales representatives across our full product portfolio.
This position requires a significant travel component (40-60%), including local and national trade shows and international travel for training. While the territory covers a vast region, the role is best suited for candidates living in Denver or Phoenix, or other locations close to a major airport, to effectively manage the territory and maintain strong regional presence.

Requirements
