HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies (IEP) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales, build brand recognition, and strengthen distribution channels for our Explosion Protection product line within the HAZLOC processing industries. This role is critical for extending our reach across the Western United States, Western Canada, and Mexico, ensuring that our safety solutions protect the combustible liquids, vapors, and bulk solids-handling sectors.
The position requires a candidate who not only understands the technical nuances of manufacturing processes but also serves as a trusted advisor. You will bridge the gap between complex industrial needs and our life safety solutions, driving growth while maintaining the high standards of a company with over 130 years of industry leadership.
Based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, IEP designs explosion protection solutions, manufactures prevention components, and supports customers with responsive service to prevent and suppress industrial explosions. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be the face of HOERBIGER in your territory, developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and A&E firms. Your day-to-day involves training and supporting distributors and external sales representatives, delivering accurate sales forecasting, and managing regional CRM data to ensure pipeline visibility.
You will serve as a technical expert, representing the company at customer meetings, presentations, and trade shows. This role demands a self-directed, results-oriented work style with a high readiness for travel (40-60%), including local and national trade shows and international training. While the territory covers a vast region, the position is best suited for someone living in Denver or Phoenix, or another location close to a major airport, to effectively manage the Western US, Western Canada, and Mexico markets.
