About the Team
The Watch Team (LMH – La Montre Hermès) supports all sales activities related to timepieces and after-sales service across multiple retail channels—including Hermès boutiques, department stores, authorized third-party points of sale, and Hermès.com. We provide operational and logistical support and lead training programs tailored to each market’s needs. In collaboration with retail partners, we plan and participate in strategic events that elevate the visibility of the watch division. Through internal marketing and external public relations initiatives, we promote brand awareness and engagement within each market.
About the Role
As Regional Sales Manager for the Southern Region, you will drive the growth and development of the watch category across your designated retail network. This is a strategic, field-based role focused primarily on Hermès retail boutiques, with occasional engagement across external points of sale. You will work with boutique teams to drive initiatives that elevate the client experience, optimize commercial performance, and cultivate long-term business growth. Your leadership will align regional priorities with the broader brand vision for La Montre Hermès.
This position is based remotely within the Southern Region and entails travel of up to 50%. The role reports directly to the New York Corporate Office.

Requirements
