About the Opportunity
Blue Cardinal Operations is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead day-to-day performance across multiple HVAC and Plumbing branches in the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a hands-on operational leadership role designed for someone who knows how to run high-performing trades operations. The position drives results through disciplined routines, data-informed decisions, and direct accountability at every level.
If you have led multi-site HVAC or plumbing operations, owned a P&L, and thrive in a fast-moving, acquisition-growth environment, this role was built for you. You will serve as the primary escalation point for branch-level issues, ensuring that newly integrated locations adopt standard processes and performance benchmarks within defined timelines.
Working Conditions
This is a remote-based role with extensive travel required throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Consistent field presence is essential to success in this position, involving regular branch visits, field audits, and team engagement. Candidates must be located within or willing to regularly travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region (DC, MD, VA, DE, PA, NJ).
