As the Regional Director of Culinary Services, you will oversee culinary operations across multiple senior living communities within your designated region, supporting our Maplewood locations in New Jersey and Inspīr communities in New York and DC. Your primary mission is to ensure that our dining services meet the highest standards of quality, nutrition, and resident satisfaction.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with community directors, chefs, and dining staff to develop menus, implement culinary programs, and uphold rigorous food safety protocols. You will provide leadership, training, and support to culinary teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation. The position requires a sincere passion for working with the senior population, combining creative energy with patience and a cheerful disposition to promote our organization's values to residents, visitors, and the community.
