This position is for a Company Driver (W2, Solo) operating a Dry Van on a Regional, Dedicated Line Haul route. The role is designed for drivers who prefer no load or unload duties, allowing you to focus on the road. Depending on your area, you can expect to be home weekly to every two weeks, with a schedule that typically includes home every weekend. The average weekly mileage ranges from 2,500 to 3,000 miles.
We offer flexibility with both part-time and full-time availability. While HazMat endorsement is required at the time of hire, Styer will cover the cost if you need to obtain it within 90 days. Tanker experience is also sought after. Drivers can stay out longer if they prefer, earning two days of home time for every five days worked.
Drivers can expect a total weekly average pay of $1,200 to $1,500. This includes base pay, accessorial pay, and additional incentives: pay averages an additional $0.05 per mile above base, and benefit pay averages an additional $0.07 per mile. You will also receive a $66 per day per diem for each day away from your domicile, a monthly safety bonus, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Styer provides comprehensive benefits, including company-paid premiums for health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life insurance. We offer an H.S.A. with a $500 Styer contribution and company contributions to a 401K. Our trucks are equipped with APU's and inverters, and we are pet and rider friendly.
