We are seeking a dedicated Company Driver to join our team on a W2, solo basis. This role involves operating a variety of trailer types, including log trailers, intermodal containers, dry vans, refrigerated units, and flatbeds. The position is regional in nature, focusing on line haul operations.
Drivers in this role can expect an average weekly pay of $1,300 and to cover between 1,500 and 2,500 miles per week. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. The job includes significant physical involvement, with drivers responsible for 33% of load and unload duties and 50% tarping. A Hazmat endorsement is a plus.
Our schedule is designed to provide a balance between the road and home. Drivers can expect to be out for 5 days at a time, with a home time structure that grants 2 days off for every 5 days worked. This arrangement ensures that drivers are home for at least 3 weekends per month.

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Class A license without specific restrictions, including (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, or (K) Intrastate Only. Applicants must also possess at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
