This position offers a unique driving experience with 100% dry van loads and no-touch freight, eliminating the need for loading or unloading duties. Drivers will operate on engineered and optimized running lanes with less than 1% downtime on fleet equipment. The role is supported by a partnership with Penske, providing nationwide maintenance support, 24/7 roadside assistance, and replacement trucks to keep drivers on schedule.
Compensation and Incentives
Drivers can expect average weekly earnings between $1,250 and $1,600. The company offers a one-of-a-kind incentive program, including a new car giveaway every quarter, a $25,000 grand prize for finishing with the best yearly MPG, and monthly fuel incentive bonuses.
