About the Role
C.R. England is seeking dedicated Regional CDL-A Drivers to join our fleet based in West Memphis, AR. This full-time position offers a home-weekly schedule, featuring a 34-hour weekly reset that allows drivers to return home every week. The role involves delivering customer freight from West Memphis to various locations across Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama.
Drivers in this dedicated fleet will hand unload trailers using rollers. On average, you will deliver three loads per week, making three stops per load and covering an estimated 1,500 miles weekly. The position utilizes sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers. Drivers are required to park a truck at home or a secure location.

Pay and Benefits
Drivers in this dedicated fleet average $71,000 annually, with the top 10% earning up to $88,000 per year. Compensation includes stop pay and mileage pay.
