The Role
As a Dedicated Regional CDL-A Truck Driver, you will join a fleet dedicated to efficiency and reliability. You will be responsible for hauling no-touch dry van freight, utilizing drop-and-hook operations to maximize your time on the road. Our trucks are equipped with the latest Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors, all maintained rigorously to ensure high uptime. We operate across a 48-state area, with trucks running at a consistent 68 MPH to meet delivery schedules.

The position includes paid orientation and training to ensure you are fully prepared for the Heartland difference. Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last year. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and demonstrate a proven driving record with a safety-first attitude.
