About the Role
Our Regional Managers oversee all travel center locations within their assigned region, driving profitable sales and ensuring operational excellence. Beyond managing performance, this role is dedicated to building strong teams by recruiting, training, and maintaining staff. You will provide ongoing coaching and development to the Managers within your region, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
We are currently seeking candidates who are either located in or willing to relocate to the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West areas.
