About the Role

Our Corporate Merchandising team is seeking a strategic and results-driven Refurb Buyer to grow and optimize our refurbished, open-box, and recertified product assortments. This role exists to source high-quality refurbished technology, build strong vendor partnerships, and deliver profitable, customer-centric offerings while upholding Micro Center's trusted standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong merchant instincts, a data-driven mindset, and experience navigating secondary markets to create value across the full product lifecycle. You will work closely with QA, Services, Operations, and Inventory teams to ensure product quality and warranty alignment. This position offers the opportunity to define grading standards, pricing strategies, and margin targets that maximize profitability while delivering strong customer value.
