About the Position
Schneider is expanding its team freight opportunities for owner-operators, driven by new business wins with express delivery parcel shippers. This role offers a unique chance to partner with another Class A CDL holder to haul refrigerated loads, providing access to a diverse range of freight including 1,000-2,000 additional contract and spot market loads daily.
Owner-operators can leverage Schneider FreightPower to select team-friendly loads that offer strong miles and revenue without delays. The program provides powerful tools to simplify planning and booking, allowing you to self-dispatch by choosing your own loads, home time, lanes, and revenue. You have the flexibility to select between an all-in revenue rate or a percent-of-revenue model (65% of linehaul plus 100% of fuel surcharge and accessorial).

Hiring Process
