About the Position
Schneider is expanding its team freight opportunities for owner-operators, driven by new business wins with express delivery parcel shippers. This role offers a unique chance to partner with another Class A CDL holder to haul refrigerated loads, providing access to a diverse range of freight that includes 1,000 to 2,000 additional contract and spot market loads daily.

Designed for flexibility and efficiency, this position empowers owner-operators to self-dispatch, allowing you to pick your own loads, home time, lanes, and revenue. Whether you prefer an all-in revenue rate or a percent-of-revenue model (65% of linehaul plus 100% of fuel surcharge and accessorial), the program is built to minimize delays and maximize earnings. Operators also benefit from hauling dry van trailers with 90% drop-and-hook freight at no charge while operating under Schneider's authority.
Day in the Life
Managing your business is streamlined through Schneider's tools and facilities. You will utilize a Samsung tablet for operations inside and outside the cab, alongside an easy-to-use mobile app that allows you to log in via smartphone, tablet, or laptop to click, pick, and go. Beyond the road, you have access to company facilities offering free parking, laundry, meal options, and exercise equipment. Additionally, the Purchase Power Program provides discounts on fuel, tires, and maintenance, while Schneider can connect you with equipment sales and leasing providers if you need a truck or wish to upgrade.
Hiring Process
