As a Content Strategist, you will serve as a creative professional bridging the gap between intricate city policies and clear, user-friendly communication. Reporting to the Lead Digital Strategist, you will craft content requirements and outlines for guided experiences while writing compelling plain language web copy that adheres to the NYC web content style guide.
Your day will involve interviewing subject matter experts across NYC government to distill complex topics, auditing existing features, and analyzing user behavior through Google Analytics data.
