Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent skills
- verifiedProven experience as a Recruiting Consultant or Recruiter in healthcare or nursing industry
- verifiedIn-depth knowledge of nurse staffing, healthcare recruitment, and credentialing processes
- verifiedFamiliarity with nursing certifications, licensure requirements, and state regulations
- verifiedStrong understanding of healthcare roles including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
