About the Role
This position is designed for those passionate about making a difference in the staffing industry. Unlike technical recruiting roles, you will spend a large portion of your day talking on the phone and emailing clients and candidates. You will make daily sales calls to local businesses, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to strategize staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers.
