About Weckworth Manufacturing
Headquartered in Haysville, Kansas, Weckworth is an established industrial textile manufacturer with a rich history of federal government contracting. We have produced thousands of National Stock Numbered (NSN) lines for federal agencies, OEM organizations, and individual innovators, helping bring concepts to finished products. Our facility is equipped with over 250 industrial sewing machines and advanced welding technologies, allowing us to fashion virtually any fabric into a custom product. Beyond manufacturing, we offer comprehensive engineering services, including design assistance, prototyping, and product evaluation using our CAD system.
About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition strategy within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is designed to support our production and operational goals by managing the full-cycle recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective strategies to attract high-quality candidates. From sourcing hard-to-fill roles like maintenance technicians and skilled labor to ensuring a positive candidate experience, your work will directly impact our ability to maintain a strong workforce. You will also play a key role in promoting Weckworth as an employer of choice and supporting the smooth transition of new hires through onboarding coordination.
