About the Team
Mavik Ventures is the first-to-market provider of OnCall Recruiting, specializing in simplifying the hiring process. We partner with clients to deliver full-service talent acquisition solutions that enable successful team growth. Currently a team of eight, we are rapidly expanding and seeking 3–4 additional Recruiters by the end of the year.
About the Role
As a Recruiter at Mavik Ventures, you will build strong, long-lasting relationships with innovative and disruptive startups and companies worldwide. You will partner with these clients to source, screen, interview, and evaluate top talent tailored to their specific hiring needs.
