About the Role
As a Recreation Attendant at HVC, you will be the face of our recreational facilities, assisting Owners and guests in creating memorable vacation memories. Your mission is to promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and supported.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking information about available facilities, activities, lessons, and equipment. A typical day involves expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude to encourage participation in recreation activities. You will manage the logistics of these experiences by registering and scheduling guests, processing payments for rentals and retail sales, and ensuring all interactions align with our high standards for guest experience and company policies.
