As a Recreation Attendant, you will be the face of our guest experience, assisting Owners and guests in creating memorable vacation memories. Your primary mission is to promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere across all recreational activities and areas. You will be the enthusiastic guide who provides information on available facilities, lessons, and equipment, while actively encouraging guests to participate in our programs.
A typical day involves more than just supervision; you will register and schedule guests for activities, process payments for rentals and retail sales, and ensure every interaction reflects our company standards. You will greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and interact professionally with colleagues to contribute to our shared team goals. This role is essential in ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued during their stay.
Candidates must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. The position requires physical capability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop, as well as the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
