For more than 50 years, Crestwood has been committed to creating innovative recovery programs and developing compassionate communities that support each client in their journey. Our model of care focuses on a personal and self-directed process that empowers the people we serve and helps them develop the skills to thrive.
Crestwood's Psychiatric Health Facilities (PHFs) are dedicated to restoring a sense of hope, self-empowerment, and realized potential of recovery in each of our clients. These facilities serve individuals who require stabilization, medication management, behavioral interventions, psychotherapy, psychosocial education, and a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community. Additionally, our Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay.
We invite you to join the Crestwood family if you are looking for a meaningful role in behavioral health with a passion for helping others along their recovery journey. As a Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide), you will play a vital part in assisting the provision of the therapeutic milieu. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring and communicating with persons served, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention.
