About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist and Patient Care Coordinator to join our front desk team in our brand new dental office. This role is pivotal in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care from the moment they walk through the door.
In this position, you will manage the flow of the front desk, scheduling appointments to meet our goals, and verifying insurance and submitting claims. You will be the face of our practice, presenting treatment plans and payment options to patients while collecting payments. Success in this role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to navigate an exciting, fast-paced environment, along with the ability to follow up on outstanding treatments and schedule future visits.
We value individuals who are organized, reliable, and possess strong problem-solving skills. As a team player with a desire to better the community, you will help expand our practice while maintaining a high level of professionalism and initiative.

Applicants must have prior experience working in the dental field and knowledge of scheduling software such as Soft Dent or XL Dent. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
