We are seeking a motivated, personable, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to build a long-term career with us. You will engage with patients and families in a service-oriented setting, supporting a team passionate about improving community health.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Your day will be dynamic, involving engaging interactions with patients and families. You will manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth flow and positive experience in the lobby. From answering phones and scheduling appointments to processing paperwork, you will maintain organized records while assisting with basic consultations. You will also support the clinical team with diagnostic processes and help create an atmosphere where every patient feels cared for.
Work Environment
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring a strong work ethic and professionalism. You must be comfortable working with children and families, including those with difficult personalities. The schedule typically involves working Monday through Thursday (32–40 hours per week), with occasional weekend availability required for community events, trainings, and business needs.
