About the Role
We are looking for a welcoming receptionist to join our team as the receptionist/concierge for our medical practice. You will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their experience with us.
In this role, you will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and check patients in and out during their visits. You will also answer phone calls, manage messages, and handle patient-related paperwork. The ideal candidate brings a cheerful disposition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a professional environment.
