About the Role

We are seeking Recent CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers to join our Division 290 team based in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you will operate flatbed trucks on regional routes, transporting critical materials across the western region of America. This position is designed for those who want to build a career with a company that values their growth and safety.

For a limited time through May 31, 2026, we are offering a unique opportunity for recent graduates with no prior experience. We provide comprehensive training to help you launch your driving career. If you are a qualified applicant with a valid CDL-A license, you will have the chance to receive training and start driving with us during this special period.

Day in the Life

As a flatbed driver, you will be responsible for securing and transporting heavy loads, which includes tarping approximately 70% of our loads. You must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform. You will drive the newest flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward-collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Our trucks are meticulously maintained, and our 24/7/365 road service ensures that no truck leaves the shop until it is 100% safe.

You will have access to our award-winning Driver Portal app, created by drivers for drivers, to receive real-time updates, access pay information, and manage your trip data. While home time varies by division, this specific opportunity typically involves being off most weekends for a 34-hour reset.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years of age, and meet standard hiring requirements, including a clean background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result. We also require a safe driving record and limit applicants to no more than six jobs in the last three years.
