About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to maintain a well-organized store and stockroom. Your work directly supports the customer experience by ensuring merchandise is available and ready for purchase.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will unload incoming freight and organize inventory in the stockroom. A key part of your role is assisting customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have what they need to complete their purchases. You will also build merchandise displays and assist with inventory counts to keep our records accurate.
Overnight Opportunities
For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's business day. This role offers an opportunity to work in a quieter environment while ensuring the store is fully prepared for morning operations. Overnight positions may include an additional pay differential depending on the location.
