About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Whole Foods Market, you play a vital role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked, organized, and ready to serve our customers. You will be responsible for receiving and unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining high standards of inventory management. Your work directly contributes to the freshness and availability of products, particularly perishable items, by rotating inventory and checking expiration dates.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. This includes organizing backroom inventory, building attractive displays, and maintaining clean work areas. For those working overnight shifts, the focus is on stocking, inventory organization, and store setup to prepare the organization, and store setup to ensure the store is fully prepared for opening the next day.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16–$18 per hour. In addition to base pay, overnight shifts often include an additional $2–$4 per hour overnight pay differential. We are committed to supporting our team members with a comprehensive benefits package.
