As a Rebar Detailer Trainee, you will start your career designing what gets built. In this in-person role based in Phoenix, AZ, you will use CAD and creativity to turn blueprints into real structures that shape communities. This is a high-tech, problem-solving position with real impact, offering a chance to grow within a company that values innovation.
You will work under supervision to detail simple projects, providing concise, accurate, and complete descriptions of all rebar, mesh wire, and related concrete reinforcing products for fabrication, delivery, installation, and invoicing. Your work will help cultivate customer service relationships while maximizing profits for Nucor Rebar Fabrication. Safety is the most important part of all jobs at Nucor; candidates must be prepared to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Candidates may be asked to complete approximately two hours of assessments as part of the hiring process. A background check and drug test are required upon hire. We are looking for candidates who are committed to a drug-free environment.
