Half Price Books is America's largest family-owned new and used book retailer. The Real Estate department at our Corporate Headquarters in Dallas, TX, is dedicated to managing a dynamic portfolio of locations.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Manager to lead lease renewal negotiations and secure optimal terms for our real estate portfolio. This role is critical to safeguarding the company against negative financial impacts while analyzing costs to achieve beneficial lease terms. You will be the driving force behind effectively negotiating 30+ real estate deals annually, ensuring our physical footprint supports our mission of literacy and community engagement.
