About the Role
Are you a new real estate agent looking to grow your skills, or an experienced agent wanting more flexibility? The Associate Agent role allows you to work with customers on your schedule and earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. You will show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections while setting your own hours and controlling your workload. This position is designed for those who want to get plenty of customers, especially on weekends, without the need for contracts or office visits. It is a remote, field-based opportunity supported by free, optional educational services to help you grow your skills.
