About the Role
This position is designed for an energetic attorney interested in developing the breadth and depth of their practice. You will engage in substantial client interaction and business development opportunities, handling commercial real estate matters including purchase and sales, financing (on both the borrower and lender sides), and leasing.
The role offers the chance to work on multiple transactions simultaneously. While the ideal candidate possesses strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills, the position also values the ability to work as part of a team while having the confidence to assume individual responsibility for matters involving direct client interaction. Experience with joint venture formation and construction matters is beneficial, though not required.
Work Environment
We offer a hybrid in-office/remote role. Our current policy requires attorneys to be in the office 10 days a month, balancing flexibility with the collaborative spirit of our team.
