About the Role
The Attorney Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to firm leadership and practice group leaders, leading all recruitment efforts to attract high-quality legal talent aligned with the firm's culture and goals. This role is the steward of the attorney hiring pipeline, managing the journey from initial outreach through offer acceptance with a focus on organization, professionalism, and a positive candidate experience.
As a professional ambassador for HBS, you will build strong relationships with law schools, legal organizations, and attorney networks. You will coordinate recruiting events, lateral initiatives, and career fairs while tracking market trends and compensation data to inform strategic workforce planning. Success in this position requires balancing the ebb and flow of recruiting needs with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the firm maintains a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will work under the supervision of lead hiring partner Jacquelyn Clarke and collaborate closely with the recruiting team. The position reports to the Management Committee and firm leadership, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
