About the Role

The Quality Control Technician is essential to elevating customer perception and ensuring the general quality of our mix designs. In this role, you will provide inspection, testing services, and documentation for ready mix plant facilities. You will serve as a key liaison, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, facility managers, DOT personnel, state and municipal officials, and material suppliers.

Your work will directly contribute to the elimination of lost loads and the generation of backup data necessary for mix optimization. You will oversee the inspection process for DOT jobs, ensuring that all products meet or exceed the requirements of the appropriate agencies and customers. From the plant to the point of delivery, you will monitor process functions, perform physical tests on concrete and aggregates, and collaborate with managers to recommend solutions for delivery problems.
