About the Role
As a Radiology Technologist PRN, you will serve as the primary liaison between patients, departmental physicians, and the support team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about creating positive patient interactions and are dedicated to the well-being of others. You will prepare for and assist physicians in completing intricate radiologic examinations, including the preparation and administration of contrast media in strict accordance with state, federal, and hospital regulations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities involve maintaining a high degree of accuracy in radiologic positioning and exposure techniques while remaining sensitive to the physical and emotional needs of patients. You will deliver compassionate, holistic care that supports the rights and dignity of all patients, utilizing your knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology to assess patient requirements relative to their age-specific needs.
