This position is exclusively open to current, regular Kaiser Permanente Washington employees eligible for the on-unit posting period from Friday, December 12, 2025, through Tuesday, December 16, 2025. If there is no on-unit interest, additional candidates may be considered beginning Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will provide essential imaging services to patients in alignment with physician orders, ensuring patient safety and high-quality diagnostic results. Your role is pivotal in preparing radiology rooms, developing images, and maintaining diagnostic equipment to manufacturer specifications. You will exercise professional judgment to operate equipment according to prescribed safety standards while maintaining a demeanor that complements medical ethics.
You will apply knowledge of growth and development principles to identify the specific needs of patients across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics. A core component of this position is delivering exceptional customer service; you will treat patients, families, and colleagues with courtesy and respect, communicating effectively to provide appropriate and efficient care. You are committed to self-improvement and will maintain strict confidentiality for both patients and staff.
You will work as an effective team member with colleagues both on and off-site to efficiently perform radiological procedures. The role requires rotating shifts and assignments, which may include surgery and portable imaging for Specialty and Hospital staff. You will support the KFHPW strategy and mission statement, fostering a patient-focused care environment throughout daily activities. Whether assisting with new employee training, monitoring workflow, or participating in operational policy development, you will contribute to a collaborative and safe workplace.
