We are seeking a Program Manager for the R3 product line, the premier provider of advanced radio frequency electronic warfare, microelectronics, and cyber solutions. R3 leverages a foundational understanding of customer missions and threats gained through supporting a significant array of systems across the Department of War. Our mission is to exploit the entirety of the electromagnetic spectrum, enabling optimal operation of our systems while disrupting and defeating adversary platforms and networks.
In this role, you will manage, coordinate, and execute one or more programs simultaneously, ensuring the achievement of financial, schedule, and technical performance objectives. You will serve as a comprehensive interface between Contracts, Subcontracts, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Security functions, as well as internal and external customers. This position offers a significant opportunity to work with leaders in technical business areas to define future technology transitions.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the nature of this role, this position is performed full-time onsite at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. The selected candidate will support programs with employees based out of Merrimack, NH, and Arlington, VA.
