We are seeking a Program Manager for the R3 product line, the premier provider of advanced radio frequency electronic warfare, microelectronics, and cyber solutions. For over 60 years, BAE Systems has pioneered next-generation capabilities in electronic surveillance, protection, and attack. R3 leverages a foundational understanding of customer missions and threats gained through fielding systems across the Department of War.
Your mission is to exploit the entirety of the electromagnetic spectrum, enabling optimal system operation while disrupting and defeating adversary platforms. You will manage, coordinate, and execute one or more programs simultaneously, ensuring the achievement of financial, schedule, and technical performance objectives. This role involves supporting new business capture, modeling strong leadership in ethics and safety, and fostering a culture of innovative problem-solving and continuous improvement.
You will interface extensively with Contracts, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Security functions, as well as internal and external customers, to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. This position offers a significant opportunity to work with leaders defining future technology transitions. The role requires full-time, on-site collaboration at a BAE Systems facility in Merrimack, NH or Arlington, VA.
