As a Lube Technician, you are the frontline of our express service experience. This role exists to ensure every vehicle leaves our bay safe, clean, and ready for the road. You will perform essential express lube duties, including oil and filter changes, lubricating critical vehicle joints, and checking all fluid levels. Beyond the mechanical tasks, you are responsible for maintaining a spotless work area and ensuring the vehicle is free of residue before release.
Your day involves collaborating closely with service advisors to report necessary repairs and communicating effectively with customers to exceed their expectations. You will uphold our high standards for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by delivering consistent, enthusiastic service. This position requires regular and predictable attendance, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
